- Current Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check (Current is Within 3 Months). Can be obtained at the Blood Tribe Police Services or the Police Services where you normally reside.
- Current Intervention Services Information System Check (Current is Within 3 Months). Can be obtained at Child Protection Services in Standoff or Southwest Child Services in Lethbridge.
- Class 5 Driver’s License (photocopy).
